Problem with videos: Sometimes the videos stop playing.

Solution: This problem occurs with the Mac version of Alphabet. It does not occur with the current Windows version. If it happens you will need to exit and restart the program.

No videos play in the MAC version:

Solution: Consult the readme file on the CD. This is because Indeo video compression is not installed on your system. It has been included on the CD and needs to be installed.
